Project management involves planning, management, prioritization, and closure. Our experience includes traditional project management (PMP) and Agile - both as product owner and scrum master (CSPO, CSM).
Performance analytics are a key success element for all processes. Selecting the right outcome metrics enable the best way to optimize, monitor or analyze. Amy has taught workshops on using the available reports to improve daily process outcomes. Amy has also led a team in documenting how to use the reports for online reference.
